Nightmare for the GOP in Arizona

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Sometimes nightmares are not confined merely toward one’s dreams. Sometimes nightmares actually come true, and if we look at what’s going on in Arizona for the Republicans, it appears a nightmare is, indeed, starting to take shape and make its way through Arizona republican politics.

Let’s look at the Arizona senate race. Our candidate Ruben Gallego is a charismatic man with an amazing story to tell and apparently Arizonans are noticing, because in the last poll of a three-way race between Gallego, Sinema and Kari Lake, Gallego won. But it appears now a fourth name will be added to the mix.

Republican loser Blake Masters, who ran for the Senate in the midterms and got creamed, is reportedly planning to launch another Senate run on the Republican ticket. Of course, this is terrible news for Republicans. The Masters defeat was extraordinary. Masters was one of those Alt-Right Republicans who can’t win in a moderate state plus he has the personality of a wet blanket.

So let’s take a look at GOP prospects in the Grand Canyon state. We have Kyrsten Sinema, who may as well be a republican, possibly running as an independent, (a race she cannot win), and we have two election deniers who will probably battle it out against each other to be the Republican nominee.

Republicans need to win Arizona if they want a crack at the Senate, and the way things are looking now it is indeed a nightmare for them because they have no centrist candidate to run.

Instead, it appears a gaggle of misfits will be battling it out for the privilege of running on the Republican ticket. And that’s why we must we must donate and fight for Ruben Gallego! This is going to be such an important race! It will be important plus we CAN win if we put the work in. Let’s do everything we can to get Gallego that seat, which is looking more winnable with each passing day.
