Even NFL football teams are now mocking Donald Trump for being such a sore loser
Every few days we see another headline about the people around Donald Trump trying to warn him that his Rudy Giuliani-led effort to “contest” the election is making him look like a fool. This means that Trump’s people not only feel this way, they feel strongly enough that they’re leaking it to the media in the hope of getting through to Trump.
They’re right, of course – and it’s not just the Resistance who sees it. This weekend the NFL’s Washington Football Team tweeted the current division standings which show that it’s currently ahead of the Eagles, Giants, and Cowboys, and added “Stop the count!” That’s right, NFL teams are now openly mocking Trump for being such a preposterous sore loser. The tweet has since been deleted, but the message got across nonetheless.
– State Farm Arena, home of the NBA’s Atlanta Hawks, and Mercedes Benz Stadium, home of the NFL’s Atlanta Falcons, are both serving as early voting sites in the Senate runoff races in Georgia. Spread the word.
