Here’s who Robert Mueller is going to arrest next in the Trump-Russia scandal

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Special Counsel Robert Mueller has hit a bit of a quiet stretch when it comes to his publicly visible indictments and arrests in the Trump-Russia scandal. But as we’ve learned from the previous instances where Mueller went quiet, it means he’s merely plugging away at the next round of big moves behind the scenes. So who’s getting arrested next in Trump-Russia? Here are some hints.

Steve Bannon: He’s been nailed to the wall this week, thanks to the combination of the exploding scandals surrounding his former company Cambridge Analytica, and the revelation that he was overseeing the company’s theft of Facebook user data. Unless Bannon has already cut a plea deal, he just became an urgent primary target in the Trump-Russia probe. Even if he did cut a plea deal, if he failed to tell Mueller about these newly revealed Cambridge Analytica antics, he’ll be indicted for having misled federal investigators.

Roger Stone: Two weeks ago, longtime Donald Trump adviser Sam Nunberg announced on cable news that he had been subpoenaed for a Mueller grand jury targeting Stone and WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange, among others. Stone then appeared on MSNBC and revealed Mueller hasn’t even asked him to come in and testify. Based on Mueller’s pattern up to this point, it means he’s planning to indict and arrest Stone rather than approaching him with a soft-landing deal. With the grand jury already well underway, and cooperating witnesses against Stone already in the bag, the indictment against Stone should arrive soon.

Jared Kushner: There’s just too much smoke here. Kushner’s pay-to-play deals ranging from U.S. based investors to the United Arab Emirates. George Nader’s decision to flip, and his ties to UAE. We still suspect Mueller is trying to get Kushner to agree to a plea deal against Trump, which he’ll logically have to take eventually, and at this point it may be the only reason Kushner hasn’t yet seen the handcuffs.

Donald Trump Jr: His wife filed for a divorce out of the blue this week, citing an old affair that she’s known about for six years. Her timing seems to be related to the subpoena that Robert Mueller sent to the Trump Organization about its financial records, and the fear of losing of her share of the family fortune to asset seizures if she doesn’t cash out now. Will Mueller dare to arrest Donald Trump’s son at this point in the game? It would certainly be an aggressive move.
