Donald Trump has deranged meltdown after New York targets him

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

The thing about Donald Trump is he’s so cut off from real news, it can take a few days for him to learn what’s really happening. Take, for instance, Monday’s news that the State of New York has subpoenaed his financial records so it can nail him for specific instances of bank fraud and insurance fraud. Trump apparently didn’t find out about this until last night, and let’s just say that he didn’t take the news well.

The eruption started last evening when Donald Trump posted this surreal attack on his home state: “New York State and its Governor, Andrew Cuomo, are now proud members of the group of PRESIDENTIAL HARASSERS. No wonder people are fleeing the State in record numbers. The Witch Hunt continues!” But that was just the beginning.

A few hours later, the Republican Party – which is now little more than a puppet of the Trump regime – posted this bizarre tweet: “The NY Attorney General called President Trump an “illegitimate president.” She has proven to have a vendetta against real Donald Trump & is using her position of power to baselessly smear the President & the work he’s done for the American people.” If Trump is guilty, and he is, does it matter that the New York Attorney General doesn’t like him?

Then sometime around midnight, Donald Trump retweeted the GOP, adding that it’s “All part of the Witch Hunt!” We suspect he’ll still be yelling that after New York State seizes Trump Tower and he’s in prison. Then after midnight, just for good measure, Trump retweeted disgraced Republican Congressman Jim Jordan several times in a row. Then he attacked someone named “Coumo” before deleting it.
