New twist in Ghislaine Maxwell – Jeffrey Epstein case

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Yesterday a judge ruled that evidence would be unsealed today in a long-settled civil suit involving Ghislaine Maxwell, Jeffrey Epstein, one of their victims, and other unnamed individuals. In the process, the judge rejected Maxwell’s argument that the evidence should remain sealed. But now there’s a new twist.

Now the judge has agreed to delay the release of the evidence so that Ghislaine Maxwell can file an appeal, meaning we won’t see anything unsealed today. However, the evidence will be unsealed on Monday if the appeals court hasn’t jumped in by then.

So short of an appeals judge granting an emergency injunction tomorrow or over the weekend, we’ll see the evidence on Monday after all. Meanwhile, Ghislaine Maxwell continues to rot in jail while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges.
