Donald Trump reaches a disgusting new low and proves there is no bottom

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

As has become the norm with “President” Donald Trump, he opens his mouth, and something stupid and racist comes out. This time, Trump decided insult the members of the self-proclaimed “squad,” Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ayanna Pressley, Rashida Tlaib, and Ilhan Omar because of their so-called feud with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. Supposedly, Trump considers himself to be “supporting” Nancy Pelosi. Nancy knows, as do we, that Trump could give a hoot about her.

Trump tweeted out on Sunday that these Congresswomen should “go back and help fix the totally broken and crime infested places from which they came.” He didn’t have to name them; his racist tweet is obvious. As usual, he’s too stupid to do some research about people prior to saying idiotic things. The only member of the group who wasn’t born in America is Ilhan Omar, who was born in Somalia but who came here as a refugee with her parents many years ago. She is a naturalized citizen. They are all citizens. Ocasio-Cortez was born in New York, Tlaib was born in Detroit, and Pressley was born in Ohio. He’s even too stupid to know that Pressley is an American-born black woman, so to where should she return, Trump? What an idiot.

Justin Amash, who recently quit the Republican party to become an independent, tweeted back to Trump: “To tell these American citizens (most of whom were born here) to ‘go back’ to the ‘crime infested places from which they came’ is racist and disgusting.” You can’t blame Amash for retreating from a party that supports this idiot. Trump can call him all the names he wants, but Amash was the one Republican who put country over party. It’s unfortunate that he couldn’t influence more of his party and instead had to leave, but today’s Republican Party is Trump’s Republican Party. They support his racist, inhumane behavior to the detriment of every citizen in this country, even those who are too ignorant to realize that his behavior hurts even them. The Democrats, of course, were having none of Trump’s typical behavior.

Nancy Pelosi certainly needs no help from Trump and has made clear on numerous occasions how she feels about Trump’s pet slogan “make America great again.” According to CNN, Pelosi was one of the first to jump to the women’s defense, tweeting “When Donald Trump tells four American Congresswomen to go back to their countries, he reaffirms his plan to ‘Make America Great Again’ has always been about Making America white again.” She went on to say that “our diversity is our strength and our unity is our power.” No truer words have been spoken.
Our unity is what will rid us of the plague of Trump. All who care for this great nation must band together to oust Trump in 2020. This ousting must include all of the Republicans who have supported and enabled him in his quest to destroy our country and way of life. Any of his supporters who don’t like it can go with him, as they are all part of the problem.
