Robert Mueller just revealed why he’ll succeed in taking Donald Trump down

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

On Friday, Special Counsel Robert Mueller secured grand jury indictments against a dozen Russian government spies who hacked the Democratic Party and allegedly gave its secrets to WikiLeaks, Donald Trump adviser Roger Stone, and an unnamed Republican Congressman. This alone is clearly devastating to Trump’s chances of surviving this. But take a second look at the indictment, and you’ll realize why Mueller is going to succeed in taking Trump down completely.

The devil is in the details. These indicted individuals are professional spies. Considering the importance of their operation, these are probably the best spies the Russian government has. They’re trained in how to do this stuff and not get caught. Yet Mueller has somehow managed to figure out their identities, track every move they made with regard to the election, expose every secret they were trying to keep, in precise detail.

Now think about who was handling the “spy” stuff on Donald Trump’s end. Donald Trump Jr, who documented his treason in an email. Paul Manafort, who’s such an idiot, he’s already in jail before his trial. George Papadopoulos, who got drunk and confessed to a stranger in a bar. We’ve already seen that these people were the most cartoonishly bumbling “spies” of all time. If Mueller has already tracked every move that the top Russian government spies were making with regard to the 2016 election, you can bet he’s succeeded in tracking every detail of move made by every buffoon in Donald Trump’s orbit. He’s got it all.

The legal process still works in a certain way: overly complex and entirely too slow. No matter what evidence Robert Mueller is sitting on, he can’t simply wave a magic wand tomorrow and cause Donald Trump to fall through a trap door. But now we know that he’s so good at this, he already has everything. All he has to do is keep indicting people – with the next round rather obviously being Trump’s inner circle – and watch them turn on each other. Trump will be taken down by his own panicking underlings. Mueller is just masterminding it all.
