One federal judge just got his hands on the full unredacted Mueller Report. Now what?
It’s still far from clear why Robert Mueller’s initially aggressive investigation ended up falling apart and going nowhere. Why did Mueller refuse to even try to subpoena Donald Trump to answer questions in person? Why did Mueller refuse to criminally charge Donald Trump Jr? And just what incriminating information is still buried in the redacted Mueller Report?
Law.com is reporting that a federal judge has just obtained the full unredacted Mueller Report, meaning the judge now knows all of the secrets that Donald Trump and Bill Barr were so desperate to keep buried:

.
So what happens now? That depends entirely on Judge Reggie Walton. He’ll have to read the redacted portions of the Mueller Report and determine which portions should be immediately made public, along with which portions should be confidentially turned over to Congress.
Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi has been seeking to obtain the full Mueller Report for some time. If the judge gives her anything incriminating, she and the House will surely hold public hearings at some point between now and election day in order to educate the public about Donald Trump’s crimes.
