More good news for Joe Biden

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

When apple picking, one should take pains to be particular. There are plenty of juicy, delicious-smelling, rosy, and ripe apples awaiting you, but sadly, there are a few rotten ones as well. Sometimes it can difficult to tell them apart. That is why they must be scrutinized carefully. The rotten ones must be avoided. This could also apply to political polls. Yes, we have some quality ones, some really good polls that are conducted with care and excellence. We also have junk polls. The poll I am about to tell you about is NOT a junk poll.

It is a Quinnipiac poll. They are often one of the most accurate. And although polls are mere snapshots in time, the one they released this week shows President Biden opening up a lead on Donald Trump in the Presidential race.

In this poll, Biden is in the lead with 50 percent. Trump trails at 44 percent. Biden is also ahead with independents. The poll shows 52 percent of independent voters support President Biden, with 40 percent supporting Trump..

There is also a bit of a gender gap. Almost sixty percent of women — fifty-eight percent — support Biden. It’s no wonder. Look at what the GOP wants to do to women! And 53 percent of men support Donald Trump.

Quinnipiac’s polling analyst Tim Malloy had this to say: “Propelled by female voters in just the past few weeks, the head-to head tie with Trump morphs into a modest lead for Biden.”

How lovely to hear. And though it is merely a snapshot — I think President Biden’s numbers will go UP, not down. That is EXACTLY what they appear to be doing now.
