More gag order violation trouble for Donald Trump

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Yesterday Judge Merchan held a hearing to discuss the proper punishment for Donald Trump’s gag order violations. Prosecutors laid out ten such violations, asking that Trump be fined for the existing violations, and that Trump be informed he’ll be put in jail for any additional violations.

Merchan hasn’t issued his ruling yet. But this morning prosecutors made a filing citing multiple additional gag orders that Trump has committed since the hearing. This gives the judge even more legal ammunition for cracking down on Trump. His ruling is forthcoming.
