Mike Pence’s coronavirus quarantine scandal just got even uglier for him

Dear Palmer Report readers,

We all understand what a dark era we're heading into. Journalists will be prosecuted. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. Advertising networks can't be counted on. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight, because someone has to.

In that regard we're looking to start funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens or how dark things get. We've launched a reader supported fund, and we've already raised $3360 and counting. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can contribute here. Thank you in advance.
Sincerely,
Bill Palmer

Yesterday the news leaked that Mike Pence had been quarantined, after he’d come into direct contact with his press secretary, who had tested positive. Then the Trump regime insisted that no, Pence was not in quarantine. But it appears he actually is, because he ran a meeting remotely today, and was nowhere to be seen during Donald Trump’s press briefing.

Now it turns out Iowa’s Republican Governor Kim Reynolds has been quarantined, according to a local newspaper in the state. Why? Because she came into contact with Mike Pence. That’s right, Mike Pence is considered so dangerous, people are going into quarantine simply because they came into contact with him – and yet Pence himself is still (officially) refusing to go into quarantine. This is getting just plain ugly for him.
