Michigan just brought criminal charges against the fake electors – is Donald Trump getting indicted there too?

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

On a day when Donald Trump is already throwing a fit because he received a target letter from Jack Smith for trying to overthrow the 2020 election, the news just keeps getting worse for Trump.

Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel has just announced that she’s criminally charged sixteen fake electors in her state. This is probably just the beginning. Criminal probes don’t typically charge the lowest level co-conspirators and then call it a day. When the lowest level people are charged, it’s more often an attempt at getting them to flip on the bigger fish involved in the plot.

So now we wait to see if Donald Trump and his political cronies are getting criminally indicted in Michigan as well. Trump’s Jack Smith January 6th indictment will be his third indictment. Fulton County will be Trump’s fourth indictment. Michigan could end up being his fifth indictment. Stay tuned.
