Michael Cohen says the “end is near” for Donald Trump
I still remember where I was sitting when the news came across the screen a few years ago that the FBI had raided Michael Cohen’s home as part of its criminal investigation into Donald Trump. It was the first thing that came to mind when I heard the news yesterday that the FBI had raided Donald Trump’s home.
Of course Cohen has paid his debt to society, and he’s since spent years working to help bring Trump to justice. Cohen is now a New York Times bestselling author, even as Trump is finally the one who’s on a clear path to prison.
When the news broke, Michael Cohen tweeted this: “The end is near…It’s never good when the FBI raids your property; especially when you’re Donald Trump and you’ve been storing documents at that location.” Given that Cohen has been through this himself, he knows better than anyone what these things signify when they happen.
Michael Cohen also posted a photo of himself smiling, and added that Donald Trump must be “shitting a brick” over this. Now is probably a good time to go read Cohen’s bestselling book Disloyal if you haven’t already.
