Michael Cohen lets it all hang out in Rachel Maddow interview

Dear Palmer Report readers,

We all understand what a dark era we're heading into. Journalists will be prosecuted. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. Advertising networks can't be counted on. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight, because someone has to.

In that regard we're looking to start funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens or how dark things get. We've launched a reader supported fund, and we've already raised $2097 and counting. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can contribute here. Thank you in advance.
Sincerely,
Bill Palmer

Michael Cohen’s tell-all book about Donald Trump was released today, after the Trump cartel tried to block its release by briefly sending Cohen back to prison. Now we’re getting to find out why Trump was so desperate to keep this book from coming out.

Michael Cohen appeared on the Rachel Maddow show tonight, and he provided context for a number of issues. For instance, he revealed that Donald Trump is very much pro-choice, despite his public insistence during his political career that he’s pro-life. He also explained that when a Russian oligarch massively overpaid for Trump’s dilapidated Florida house, it was obviously at the direction of Vladimir Putin, considering everything that every oligarch does is at the direction of Putin.

Cohen also revealed that during the 2016 election, Fox News host Sean Hannity promised to give Donald Trump all the favorable coverage he wanted – which helps confirm that Fox was in the bag for Trump from the start.

But one of the most startling revelations from Michael Cohen is one which Palmer Report has suspected from the start – Donald Trump was never actually trying to win in 2016, and that he never expected to win. Instead, Trump was merely using his campaign to try to buddy up to Vladimir Putin, so they could go into the hotel business after Trump lost the election. It explains a lot.
