Merrick Garland: how do you like me now?
In Mythology, there was Hercules. Hercules was the God of strength and heroes. He was the leader of the attack that drove out the Minyans from Thebes. The term “Herculean Strength” comes from Hercules.
Herculean strength means requiring great strength in performing tasks that do not come easy to the average human. Merrick Garland has herculean strength. Strength is not just physical. It is mental as well. And the bottom line is Attorney General Merrick Garland is showing us a type of strength that many thought was impossible.
He is bringing Trump to his knees. And yes, that requires Herculean strength. It is the Herculean strength of Merrick Garland. Garland set Trump up perfectly. He set a trap, and Trump walked right into it.
The warrant was released, and now we know Donald Trump is a traitor. Garland has cunning and is a strategic decision maker. That should not be a surprise. His experience and background have prepared him well for the task at hand.
And he is accomplishing that task. This man deserves our respect, awe and gratitude—remember the ways of the Justice Department when it was run by Bill Barr.
But now we have a Department of Justice that has shown us they’re wise to Trump’s ways. We have Merrick Garland. And he — and his incredible Herculean strength — are a credit to the American people — and Donald Trump’s worst nightmare.
