Donald Trump has bizarre meltdown about John Bolton, gives something away in the process
Yesterday a federal judge ruled that Don McGahn must testify against Donald Trump in the House impeachment inquiry. The judge’s ruling established precedent for all current and former Trump administration officials having to testify about Trump’s crimes. Trump isn’t exactly taking the news well, and he just gave something away in the process:
The D.C. Wolves and Fake News Media are reading far too much into people being forced by Courts to testify before Congress. I am fighting for future Presidents and the Office of the President. Other than that, I would actually like people to testify. Don McGahn’s respected lawyer has already stated that I did nothing wrong. John Bolton is a patriot and may know that I held back the money from Ukraine because it is considered a corrupt country, & I wanted to know why nearby European countries weren’t putting up money also. Likewise, I would love to have Mike Pompeo, Rick Perry, Mick Mulvaney and many others testify about the phony Impeachment Hoax. It is a Democrat Scam that is going nowhere but, future Presidents should in no way be compromised. What has happened to me should never happen to another President!
First, it’s notable that Trump is suddenly kissing the backsides of all of these people, after having previously taken public pot shots at people like Bolton. That’s because he’s now very afraid of all of them. Even though House Democrats are moving forward with impeachment and aren’t likely to wait months for appeals court rulings over individual witnesses, the legal precedent has been set that all of these people are legally obligated to testify against him – in any kind of trial.
Just yesterday the latest evidence arrived via CNN that a grand jury in New York is well on its way to criminally indicting Donald Trump on state charges. That indictment could come down before or immediately after the election. Either way, if he loses the election, he’ll be swiftly arrested. People like Bolton and Mulvaney will end up being forced to testify against him at his criminal trial. Trump just gave away that that’s what he’s so afraid of.
