Donald Trump’s meltdown about Abraham Lincoln isn’t exactly going over well
During a virtual town hall tonight, Donald Trump sat in front of a statue of Abraham Lincoln and claimed that he’s been treated worse than Abraham Lincoln. The remark – equal parts offensive, tone-deaf, ignorant of history and flat out idiotic – draw sharp criticism from all sides:

The inscription above Lincoln reads, “ In this temple, as in the hearts of the people for whom he saved the Union the memory of Abraham Lincoln is enshrined forever” There will be no encomiums or remembrances for Trump. His legacy will be dishonor, failure and division.
