Melania Trump’s chief of staff cuts and runs in wake of U.S. Capitol attack
Donald Trump caused a domestic terrorist attack against the U.S. Capitol Building today, resulting in at least one death, and then he voiced support for the terrorists. After this debacle, Trump is now essentially finished in American life. We’ve been wondering how many people around him might run for the exits.
CNN is now reporting that Melania Trump’s Chief of Staff Stephanie Grisham has immediately resigned, in response to the terrorist debacle. This is notable because Grisham has been particularly close to the Trumps, and at one point served as Donald Trump’s White House Press Secretary. But now she’s suddenly bailing. We expect to see more of this as the night goes on.
