Meidas Touch slam dunks Matt Gaetz

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Matt Gaetz is doing a lot of whining right now because numerous venues have recently blocked him from holding rallies. Given that he’s under federal criminal investigation for underage sex trafficking and he recently incited an insurrection, the venues are clearly justified. But now Gaetz is trying to frame this as being a First Amendment issue.

The funny thing about the First Amendment is it works both ways. When Gaetz held a protest rally outside one of the venues who banned him, Meidas Touch caught counterprotestors chanting “pedophile” at Gaetz:

Matt Gaetz tried to fight back by tweeting that “People must really be afraid” of what he has to say. But Meidas Touch co-founder Ben Meiselas got the last laugh when he replied to Gaetz and said that he was “Saving this tweet for when you invoke the Fifth Amendment.”
