Marjorie Taylor Greene goes berserk after House Democrats move to expel her

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

The longer conspiracy theorist lunatic Marjorie Taylor Greene remains one of the faces of the Republican Party, the more harm it’ll do to the GOP’s chances in 2022. Yet House Republicans have still taken no action against her, and House Democrats had to remove her from her committee assignments.

Greene’s antics have continued to grow more deranged, and she’s now taken to randomly forcing a vote to adjourn the House whenever she gets bored. At this point House Democrats are preparing to hold a vote to expel her entirely. This would require a two-thirds majority, meaning dozens of House Republicans would have to also vote to expel her. Have the Republicans had enough of her antics yet?

For her part, Majorie Taylor Greene responded to the news by tweeting a berserk conspiracy theory alleging some kind of conspiracy between Twitter and the Democrats:

If the House Republicans want to do the right thing and vote to expel Majorie Taylor Greene, the nation will be better off for it. But if they instead decide to keep her around through the 2022 election, the Democrats can simply use her antics as campaign fodder against every House Republican candidate who has refused to take action against her.
