Malice aforethought

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Malice aforethought is described as: “a mental state in which a person intends to kill someone else or commit an act that they know will endanger human life.” Malice aforethought was had by both Donald Trump and John Eastman.

Of course, both of these subhumans knew that human life was in jeopardy. They knew, and they didn’t care. There can be no doubt about that. What happened on January 6 was an attempted coup, carefully planned, adored, worshiped, and lovingly executed by people who INTENDED harm. People who indeed had Malice Aforethought.

We know Eastman knew what he did was wrong. That was evidenced in many ways but especially in his pathetic words to Rudy, declaring he should be pardoned. Obviously — if one doesn’t think they did wrong, one does not need a pardon.

Only he (Eastman) was NOT pardoned. So he took the fifth. He took the fifth 100 DAMN TIMES. Now, why would an innocent person need to do that?

The answer, of course, is that they wouldn’t. But a guilty person would. A person trying to stay out of PRISON would. A person who had Malice Aforethought would. And yet it did not work. Mr. Eastman stands before us as he is, a traitor. His mask has been flung from him, and he is naked in his duplicity.

And he cannot save himself because Trump is gone. No longer can Eastman hope for a pardon. He showed the American people who he is. He demonstrated planning, and he demonstrated he had INTENT. His state of mind was rooted in Malice Aforethought. He cannot hide from the consequences of his own sins.
