Donald Trump has unhinged racist meltdown during debate about “low IQ” refugees
Donald Trump is a racist. Everyone knows he’s a racist. His supporters love that he’s a racist. But during nights like this, when Trump is speaking to a mainstream national audience, he tries as hard as he can to pretend that he’s somehow anti-racist.
The trouble for Trump is that his true colors always come through. When Trump was attempting to attack the Obama-era “catch and release” approach to refugees, he (falsely) insisted that none of them showed up to their court dates. Joe Biden then pointed out that they did in fact show up. Trump countered by insisting that only “low IQ” refugees showed up for their court dates.
Joe Biden’s team tweeted this: “You know who I am. You know who he is. The character of the country is on the ballot. Look at us closely.”
