Losing Arizona Republican candidate suffers another blow

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Mark Finchem, of Arizona, is cut from the same cloth as Kari Lake. He too lost his election and he too insisted that he was the REAL winner and, like Lake, even filed court papers attesting to that fact. Finchem had run for secretary of state. The good people of Arizona rejected him.

And now, so has the Arizona courts. Finchem’s lawsuit has just been dismissed. In his absurd lawsuit, Finchem had claimed that technical issues in Maricopa county had led to his losing around 200,000 votes. Evidently, the judge did not agree.

Poor Maricopa county. It seems they just can’t get rid of the crazy. In rejecting Fincehm’s argument, the judge in the case said that Finchem’s argument did not hold up for a variety of reasons. One is that the litigation only speculates that votes may not have been counted but does not mention specific legal ballots that were thrown out or not counted.

As for Lake, I expect her litigation also to be thrown out. And why wouldn’t it? Both these people are insane and refuse to believe that the people of Arizona soundly rejected them. That’s what happens when ego and hubris come calling. And these two are exactly as they were before they filed this insane litigation — losers.
