Looks like the Republican Party is financially broke

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

We’ve spoken about Donald Trump’s money issues. But it’s not just Trump who seems to be having financial problems. “Republican Party reveals it’s had the worst fundraising year in a decade.” Oh no! It seems Republicans are almost cashed out. At the end of the past year, 2023, the GOP had a piddling $8 million dollars.

“It’s a revenue problem.” These words come from Tennessee Republican Oscar Brock. There is an ongoing issue with donors. Not all that many big checks are being handed out. Gee — I wonder why?

Small-dollar donations seem to also be in trouble, causing much GOP worry about their finances. This is not even GETTING INTO the nightmare that is going on with some swing state republican parties.

In Michigan. Amusingly, nobody seems to know who the Republican leader IS. Two different people are insisting it is them. Don’t even get me started about the Republican insanity in Arizona. The last Arizona Chair had to quit after he said Kari Lake was blackmailing him. They have replaced him.

Speaking of Kari Lake, delicious boos from Republicans pelted down on her at a Republican campaign event the other day. So, to put it bluntly — the republican financial situation is a mess. Whatever will they do? I am sure a solution is coming and that the GOP will handle this the way they handle just about everything else –with incompetence.
