Looks like the election might get called tonight after all?
Earlier we brought you the story of how MSNBC’s Steve Kornacki headed home at midnight, then five minutes later saw something in the numbers and decided to stick around indefinitely. It led us to wonder if Kornacki might now be expecting Joe Biden to pull ahead overnight, and might also be expecting MSNBC to call Pennsylvania – and thus the presidency – for Biden overnight.
Now Katy Tur has tweeted this: “I don’t know what you plan on doing between 4 and 5am but I plan on delivering what could be game changing numbers out of PA on @msnbc with @AymanM. Sleep when you’re dead and join us.”
At this point MNSBC is flat out telling us to stay up all night, and we don’t think they’d do this unless they’re expecting to give us a payoff.
