Looks like something big is about to leak about Donald Trump
Sometime in the past hour the leaders of Donald Trump’s 2024 campaign warned everyone working for the campaign to stop talking to the press or else they’ll be fired. We know this because about twenty minutes ago, someone working for the Trump campaign told the media that the threat had just come down. In other words, the Trump campaign is being run so poorly, people are now leaking about leaks.
But there’s a bigger story here. Reporter Tara Palmieri thinks this means that “there must be a hot story in the works” and that the Trump campaign’s leadership is trying to keep anyone in the campaign from cooperating with the story that the media is working on. This comes at a time when Trump has been missing from the campaign trail for about a week and has no upcoming campaign events scheduled in the coming days either.
So what’s going on? We’re talking about a senile candidate, a losing campaign, a failed running mate, and one scandal after another. So just about anything is possible. But whatever it is, we can expect it to hit the headlines soon enough. We’re at the point where the Trump campaign is desperately trying to keep reporters from getting ahold of even more of the story before they publish it.
