Looks like Donald Trump’s criminal trial is going to happen on time

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

The consensus among most legal minds is that Donald John Trump will be tried in Jack Smith’s DC trial well before the 2024 election. Despite the doomsday media attempting to invent a story where there is none, it appears that the DC Trial will happen well before the 2024 election.

Florida Prosecutor Dave Aronberg broke it down with expertise on MSNBC. Dave says he expects a ruling in favor of Smith from the appellate court. Then, of course, Trump would ask for the Supreme Court to hear it. But Aronberg thinks there’s a good chance they will not even agree to that.

It makes sense if one thinks about it. The extreme court are at heart a bunch of cowards so simply not agreeing to hear the case may have its benefits in their minds. He isn’t the only one. Many brilliant legal minds have voiced doubt that the Supreme Court takes the matter up at all.

But even if they do, almost everyone thinks all they will do is rule in favor of Jack Smith. Presidents are not kings, and even this wacky extreme court knows that. So either way, we win. The trial is on track to happen well BEFORE the 2024 election, and there is absolutely nothing Donald Trump can do to stop it — nothing at all.
