Looks like Donald Trump is getting hauled in front of Judge Chutkan again
Donald Trump has not had a happy few months. His life is out of control, with multiple indictments, multiple financial issues, and multiple outbursts and diatribes. And don’t look now, but I think another diatribe is hurrying toward him, waiting to be heard and heard soon.
This is because Donald Trump has received more bad news (this appears to be a pattern for him.) The news? There is yet another lawsuit against him, and guess who will be the Judge on said lawsuit? Judge Tanya Chutkan.
Yep– the Judge of Trump’s nightmares has been handed this litigation, which was first filed in 2020. This litigation, which was filed by The National Association for the Advancement of colored people (NAACP) and the Michigan welfare rights organization, claimed Donald Trump tried to disenfranchise black voters.
The lawsuit claims damages due to suffering “dignitary injuries by having their full citizenship undermined and by Defendants’ perpetuation of the noxious myth that votes cast in communities with large black populations are more likely to be fraudulent.”
This was a reassignment, with Chutkan taking over for another Judge. Oh dear, Donnie, oh dear. October is no friend to you, that’s for sure. In fact, October appears to utterly despise you. We’re with October on that.
Not that November is likely to be any better. So now Trump will have to go before Judge Chutkan AGAIN, firmly ensuring that the pile of excrement that is the Donald will be making some noise on Truth Social for sure.
As I said, it’s just not been Trump’s year. Perhaps he’ll remember 2024 as the year he lost it ALL. He hasn’t been able to catch one break, and that news couldn’t make THIS writer happier.
So prepare yourselves — a storm is about to start making a lot of noise, not that it’ll do anything except likely get Trump gagged AGAIN.
This is just not his year. It IS, however, the year of Lady Justice, who time and again swoops in to take a big, yummy bite out of Individual One, and it appears she’s not through with him yet.
