It’s bad enough that Lev and Igor were arrested while trying to flee the country, like something out of the world’s dumbest spy movie. Now we’re learning that Donald Trump met privately with Lev and Igor during last year’s White House Hanukkah party and directly gave them their marching orders in the Ukraine extortion scandal. How do we know this? Because Lev left the meeting and began bragging to people that Trump had just sent him on a “James Bond” mission.
No really, this happened. This is according to a remarkable new report from CNN’s Vicky Ward, which helps further establish that Donald Trump was directly in charge of the Ukraine criminal scandal, and helps further establish that Lev and Igor weren’t within a million miles of being up to the task. We don’t recall any movies where James Bond got his secret marching orders from his boss, and then began bragging to random people about his secret mission.
In any case, this report comes just days after Lev Parnas fired his Trump-connected attorney, and then had his new attorney publicly announce that he’s going to fully cooperate with the House impeachment inquiry. Lev screwed the pooch for Donald Trump by bragging about his secret mission, and now Lev may be about to screw Trump further by providing evidence and testimony against him.
