Lev Parnas makes his full court press against Donald Trump
Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi announced today that the House will vote tomorrow to send the two existing articles of impeachment against Donald Trump to the Senate for trial. This comes even as Republican Senators are in disarray about whether to try to cover their own butts by calling witnesses that could be detrimental to Trump. Lev Parnas, a key figure in Trump’s Ukraine extortion scandal, really wants in on whatever is about to happen next.
Last night Lev Parnas’ attorney Joseph Bondy tweeted this video montage of Parnas appearing with Donald Trump and various other figures in the Trump universe, set to MC Hammer’s “U Can’t Touch This”:

Today, Bondy tweeted another video montage with more photos of Lev, Trump, and the gang, this time set to Sister Sledge’s “We Are Family”:
Call the witnesses. Hear the sworn testimony. @realDonaldTrump @RudyGiuliani @senatemajldr @SenSchumer #LetLevSpeak #LevRemembers pic.twitter.com/rcD2lAQhkS

This comes after Lev and his legal team turned over thousands of pages of Ukraine scandal documents to the House Intelligence Committee. They appear to be trying to convince House Democrats to call Lev as a witness and hold additional televised hearings on the Ukraine scandal. Nancy Pelosi, Adam Schiff, and House leaders have been mum about this. But if the Republican Senate tries holding a sham trial without witnesses, the House could hold its own competing hearings and having the witnesses testify while the Senate trial is going on.
