Letitia James has already begun the process of seizing at least one of Donald Trump’s properties

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Donald Trump is just a few days removed from announcing that he was unable to secure bond in his New York civil fraud verdict, but it turns out New York Attorney General Letitia James is already making moves against him.

Even though the bond deadline is still a few days away, Letitia James is reportedly already in the process of seizing at least one Trump property in New York – his Seven Springs property in Westchester County. Of course this may not be the full story.

Trump’s equity in Seven Springs alone won’t come close to covering the size of the fraud verdict against him. So there could well be more going on behind the scenes. All we know for now is that the media has uncovered the fact that James is seizing Trump’s Seven Springs property. This doesn’t mean that she’s not also taking similar steps with other Trump properties. So now we wait to find out which other Trump properties are on the legal chopping block.
