Lauren Boebert goes completely off the deep end

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

On a day when Marjorie Taylor Greene took such a lead in the “Most embarrassing new House Republican” contest she ended up getting banned from every House committee, her colleague Lauren Boebert is certainly making an effort of her own to get back into contention for being the worst.

Earlier this week Boebert got caught up in a mileage reimbursement scandal which could lead to campaign finance troubles for her. She could have simply claimed that she made an error on the form and returned the funds, which would probably have gotten her off the hook. Instead she’s decided to double down in grotesque fashion.

After Congresswoman Ilhan Omar called out Lauren Boebert for her mileage reimbursement scandal, Boebert responded by tweeting a deranged far right conspiracy theory about Omar being married to her brother. This is disgusting, and Boebert should be censured just for saying something so awful. Now that the House has removed Marjorie Taylor Greene from committees, they may end up having to remove Boebert as well.
