Lauren Boebert gets ripped to pieces on-air by local TV newscaster

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Lauren Boebert (insane, insurrection party) has gone even more over the top in recent days. This maniac has made too many insane and hateful statements to count — although I feel I must mention her “jihad squad” comment, which indeed would have been enough to get her kicked out of Congress — in another time long, long ago.

But some people have had enough. And one of those includes Colorado 9NEWS TV Anchor Kyle Clark. Clark appeared on Rachel Maddow’s show after demanding, on-screen, more accountability for hatemongers like Lauren.

“We hold Congresswoman Boebert to a far lower standard than other lawmakers,” he said.
“This is not about politics,” he went on. “This is about us, as journalists, recognizing that we’ll hold a politician accountable if they say something vile, but we won’t do it if they do it every day.”

Clark calls that a double standard. He says it makes life much harder for those politicians who ARE decent individuals. He’s right, and it is nice to see a journalist standing up to Boebert. She, among others, has gotten away with so much more than one would once have thought possible.

If more journalists would make this a regular and talked-about issue — and speak out about it with guts and integrity — I’ve no doubt it would bring more awareness to the general public. And it would make it that much harder for quacks like Boebert to continue with their hate agenda. Kudos to Kyle Clark.
