Lauren Boebert and Marjorie Taylor Greene are both having complete meltdowns tonight
When Republican voters elect people to Congress who are fundamentally unfit and completely in over their heads, it rarely goes well for anyone – including the people who were elected. We’re now seeing that as House Republicans Lauren Boebert and Marjorie Taylor Greene are both melting down tonight.
Lauren Boebert, best known for demanding to carry a gun inside the Capitol building and repeatedly tweeting the location of Speaker Pelosi during a terrorist attack, is now falsely claiming on Twitter that Congressman Sean Patrick Maloney accused her of being the one who gave reconnaissance tours to the insurrectionists, when in fact Maloney said no such thing.
Meanwhile, Marjorie Taylor Greene is accusing Keith Olbermann of “extremely threatening violent rhetoric” and vowing to report him to the FBI, simply because he tweeted that she was “going to prison.” Yeah, that’s not how anything works.
