Kevin McCarthy, please proceed
I think it’s great that Kevin McCarthy is meeting with Trump. Trump will give him terrible advice that will only sabotage McCarthy and make it easier for us to oust him as House Minority Leader. We can either lament about stories like this, or we can see them for the wins that they are. But there isn’t time to do both. Lamenting isn’t activism. Let’s focus on winning. Never interrupt your opponent when he’s making a mistake.
– Fun fact: the more U.S. Capitol attackers who get charged and arrested, the greater the odds one of them will cut a plea deal and give up whoever gave them inside help.
– President Biden has done more this week to improve the lives of Trump supporters than Donald Trump did in four years.
