Kevin McCarthy gives away just how weak he is
All through history, there have been cowards. They have existed in the fog of war. They have existed in the ancient castles of royalty. There have been weak traitors, back-stabbing kings, and cringing courtiers. Cowards and double-dealers have always existed and always will. But if someone were to write a book on all of these conspirators, Kevin McCarthy’s name should most definitely be included.
Does there exist today anybody weaker, more spineless, and more pathetically cowardly than McCarthy? I very much doubt it. As you know, failed human experiment, Marjorie Taylor Greene put in an appearance at a white nationalist event. And reportedly, McCarthy now says he has spoken with her about this appearance.
What was her punishment? Did Kevin perhaps warn her about the possibility of being expelled from Congress? Did he tell her what she did was unacceptable? Well — no. Not quite. He told reporters Greene says she won’t attend any more of these events. Right.
And he reiterated that both Greene and Paul Gosar would be promoted if Republicans take back the House. So Greene does not get disciplined. Oh no. Nothing like that. Trump would be so mad at him! Instead, he promises her a promotion. This shows his lily-livered ego so brightly, does it not?
I will make a prediction. If the GOP did win the House, there is no way Kevin would become House speaker. Of course, they won’t win, and it’s up to us to make sure they do not. Fear is an enemy for most people. When one fears, that fear can immobilize, can freeze the person into inaction, into insanity.
And McCarthy is the living embodiment of fear. Fear is his tormentor, his opponent, his jailer. And though he is much too obtuse to be able to see through his frightened blinders, fear will be Kevin’s ruination. He just lacks the awareness to see his enemy coming for him.
