Kanye West kicked off ballot in key swing state after judge accuses him of fraud

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

If Donald Trump thought he was going to rig the 2020 election by having Kanye West run as a spoiler candidate to pick off votes from Joe Biden, it looks like Trump is going to have to go back to the drawing board. Palmer Report predicted from the start that Kanye would have a hard time properly meeting the filing deadlines in several states – and now things are getting just plain ugly for him.

This evening, the courts in Virginia and Arizona threw Kanye West off the ballot. At last count Joe Biden is up by around fourteen points in Virginia, so it’s difficult to imagine Kanye having been able to play much of a spoiler role there. But Arizona could end up being a close state, and it could be decisive in the election – so it’s a big deal that Kanye has been ejected from the ballot there.

To give you an idea of just how much of a mess Kanye West’s 2020 campaign is, the judge in Arizona ended up concluding that he was attempting to get on the ballot through “improper, fraudulent and/or misleading means.” That’s right, Kanye is following in his pal Donald Trump’s footsteps. The thing is, he’s not managing to pull it off.

This comes after Kanye West was thrown off the ballot in another key swing state, Wisconsin. Kanye is still on the ballot, for now at least, in some states. Minnesota and Iowa are the two states where we should try to get him disqualified from the ballot next.
