Kamala Harris throws down the gauntlet
We continue to see the name of Kamala Harris tossed around in the media and the rumor mill as a possible running mate for Joe Biden. But right now she’s a United States Senator, and she’s continuing to fight for the American people as this medical and economic crisis continues to play out.
Kamala Harris is throwing down the gauntlet when it comes to something particularly ugly that the Supreme Court is threatening to do to immigrants:
Any week now, SCOTUS may rule on DACA and upend the lives of thousands of young people. It’s unconscionable to issue a ruling when over 200,000 DACA recipients are essential workers in this crisis, including 29,000 in the health care industry.
SCOTUS must delay its ruling.
