Kamala Harris has swept the nation over the past ten days, with historic fundraising numbers, unprecedented popular momentum, and a major shift in the polls. There’s an old adage that a rising tide lifts all boats, and it’s proving to be true in downticket races as well.

Take for instance Will Rollins, the 2024 Democratic House candidate looking to flip California’s highly competitive 41st District. Rollins says that since Kamala Harris entered the race, his campaign has received more than six thousand donations and has seen a 70% spike in volunteer signups. Rollins will likely win or lose his race by just a point or two, and his race will have a direct impact on the House majority. So it’s becoming clear that “Kamala Harris fever” is helping Democrats up and down the ballot.

Of course we still have to do our part. There are twenty-two Democrats running in super-competitive House races, and seven Democrats running in super-competitive Senate races, who need our help. If you want to help make sure that President Kamala Harris has a Democratic Congress to work with, pick one or more competitive House or Senate races and dive in.
