Kamala Harris has Brett Kavanaugh nailed

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Senator Kamala Harris knows something that we don’t. More importantly, she knows something that Donald Trump’s Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh doesn’t know. It has to do with his personal relationship with an attorney at the law firm belonging to Marc Kasowitz, the criminal defense attorney who represented Trump in the Trump-Russia scandal. Harris still hasn’t shown her hand, but this evening she backed Kavanaugh into a corner, setting him up for a fall.

Kamala Harris repeatedly asked Brett Kavanaugh whether or not he’s ever had a conversation about the Trump-Russia investigation with anyone at Kasowitz’s law firm. Kavanaugh clearly didn’t want to answer the question with a “yes” or “no” as he kept trying to pretend he didn’t understand the question. Finally, after she put it to him as directly as possible, he reluctantly said “no.” That’s the part of the story we all saw on television. Then there’s the part of the story that makes this a big deal.

Brett Kavanaugh is close friends with Ed McNally, who is listed as a Partner on the official website for the firm of Kasowitz, Benson Torres. Are we really supposed to believe that this is merely a coincidence, and that even though Trump just nominated Kavanaugh specifically to try to derail the Trump-Russia investigation, Kavanaugh and McNally have never discussed the investigation? It looks like we won’t have to wonder for very long.

Kamala Harris called in to the Rachel Maddow show tonight and confirmed that she does indeed have information about the answer to her “yes” or “no” question. She doesn’t want to reveal what that information is… at least not yet. But she wouldn’t have fought so hard to get Brett Kavanaugh to commit to a “no” answer unless she’s sitting on evidence that the true answer is “yes.” Not only will that expose Kavanaugh as actively plotting with Team Trump in the Trump-Russia investigation, it’s also felony perjury.
