The whistleblower complaint was just publicly released – and it’s devastating for Donald Trump
Last night multiple major news outlets reported that the whistleblower complaint had just been declassified. Sure enough it’s just been publicly released. We don’t trust anything that the Trump regime releases, so we’re not sure how much of the complaint has been strategically omitted. But even based on what’s been released, the report is devastating for Donald Trump – and for several of his people.
The complaint isn’t just about the nature of Donald Trump’s phone call with the president of Ukraine. It also confirms, as had been hinted at last night by the Washington Post, that the Trump regime actively tried to bury any evidence of Donald Trump’s communications with foreign leaders. The electronic evidence was moved to a separate computer network, in the hope that no one would find it, or know where to look for it.
This means Donald Trump and his people were engaged all along in an active coverup of Trump’s interactions with foreign leaders, which only happens when there’s something that needs to be covered up. This confirms, at least in general terms, that Trump has indeed been as corrupt in his dealings with foreign nations as we’ve all feared all along. It also means that Trump’s people who participated in this are in trouble.
This release still leaves a number of questions. Last week there was major media reporting that the whistleblower complaint covered multiple interactions with various foreign leaders. There’s no trace of that in the document that has been released. Has the Trump regime strategically redacted portions of it? The Acting Director of National Intelligence is about to start testifying any moment, so we may soon get some more answers. You can read the released document here.
