Competence There is also a feral quality, an almost primal fearlessness. Never be worried about a Smith versus Cannon dust-up. Smith always will win. After all, the man has prosecuted WAR CRIMES.
So, basically, Smith has put Cannon on the hot seat. If she continues her incompetent stalling tactics, Smith will go to the eleventh circuit, which undoubtedly is following all of this.
