Joe Biden campaign joins Truth Social and sticks it to Donald Trump
One of the reasons Donald Trump posts to his own Truth Social network is there’s no one there to challenge him. Trump can get away with his cognitively impaired rants and meltdowns with no real pushback. This is mainly because there are so few people on Truth Social to begin with. But now President Biden is changing that.
President Joe Biden’s 2024 campaign has a Twitter account called “BidenHQ” where it basically just blasts away at Trump and the Republicans all day. Now the Biden 2024 campaign has also set up a “BidenHQ” account on Truth Social. This is a hilarious prank. But it may also serve as a serious strategic move.
This new BidenHQ account on Truth Social is going to prompt a number of anti-Trump people to go support it on Truth Social – and while they’re there, they might well begin pushing back against Donald Trump’s lame posts. Trump’s handlers have him operating in a bubble over there so they can keep him satisfied that he’s still king of the world. But now that bubble may be about to get popped.
Further, if Truth Social were to ban the BidenHQ account on Trump’s behalf, it would make Trump look incredibly weak. So Joe Biden and his campaign are going to be able to tee off on Donald Trump, daily, in his own backyard – and there’s not much Trump can do about it.
