When I was growing up, I was a bit creeped out by dolls.

Oh, I played with them. But dolls in horror novels and horror films? They creeped me out.

They were just SO CREEPY.

Now, I am certain that everyone reading this had their own childhood creepers. Perhaps it was slasher flicks. Maybe it was creepy children or creepy ax-wielding maniacs or Freddy Krueger himself. Each child is different.

Do you know what has entered the political blood of MANY in 2024? Want to know who the creepers are creeping us ALL out? The GOP.

That’s right. Perhaps you’ve noticed that the message has changed a bit these last few days. Oh, we still talk about Donald Trump and saving democracy. But we’re also talking about something new. Strange people have entered the chat room.

‘Creepy”

“Honestly Trump and Vance are two little creepers.”

‘Donald Trump is weird.”

Even the Harris campaign has tweeted about it. Minnesota Governor Tim Walz has spoken about it. That’s just weird, he declared. The GOP wanting to dictate what books we read and wanting to be with us in the doctor’s office. It’s creepy.

This message is golden, my friends. Bill Palmer once wrote an article that stuck with me. He said the key to attacking Ron DeSantis isn’t to make him seem scary. It’s to make him seem creepy — goofy — strange. Odd.

He was right, and that’s what we did, and it worked. Ole pudding fingers will never be president now — because he’s been revealed to be creepy.

Creepy isn’t scary, not in politics. Creepy is instead, a walking joke waiting to be told. Creepy is a meme—millions of memes—and it’s a winning message.

And is there ANYONE more creepy than the GOP? Then Vance and Trump? They are the creepy dolls from my childhood, only they’re also brainless, which makes the creepy attacks even more plentiful because there’s nothing the American people dislike more than BRAINLESS creeps.

So, let’s get the message out. We are running against creepers. We face some VERY creepy people — weirdos whose core beliefs would make the average person run screaming (and giggling), creeps that are MADE for creepy memes — simply because — they’re creepy.
