Even Jeb Bush is ripping Donald Trump to pieces
Jeb Bush pretty much disappeared after he lost the 2016 Republican presidential nomination, and not too many people have missed him. But even Jeb would never tear gas peaceful protesters just so he could get a photo op outside a church that hadn’t invited him. Now Jeb is slamming Trump for his awful antics.
After General James Mattis has thrown down the gauntlet at Donald Trump, Jeb Bush retweeted these words: “He’s an honorable patriot. He signed up to help a new president, then ultimately resigned over irreconcilable policy differences. His new, stinging critique is offered on the record — not anonymously. Churlish attacks won’t work. Pay attention to what he’s saying.”
Jeb Bush then retweeted this, mocking Donald Trump’s church stunt:
I'm still trying to imagine how that WH planning meeting went.
"Ok, so he's standing in front of St. John's church. What then?"
"Ummm…he goes inside and prays?"
"No, no. Better if he just stands out front holding someone's bible in the air."
"Of course, that makes sense."— April Ponnuru (@AprilPonnuru) June 3, 2020

Whatever you think of Jeb Bush, at this point we need all the help we can get when it comes to putting Donald Trump’s maniacal behavior to an end. We’ll see if Jeb is ultimately willing to step up and support Joe Biden over Trump, or if Jeb is going to be too afraid to step up.
