Jack Smith didn’t let the Thanksgiving holiday stop him

We've launched the Palmer Report 2025 Operating Expenses Fund. If we can fully fund this, it'll bridge the gap and ensure that Palmer Report can keep fighting now and forever. I'm asking you to contribute what you can to our GoFundMe Page or our PayPal Page, both of which accept debit and credit cards. Thank you.

It may have been Thanksgiving for us on Thursday, but SOMEONE was hard at work. This person did not let a holiday slow him down. He was hyper-focused on his work, and he showed us this in a new motion that he filed. This gentleman is Jack Smith.

Jack Smith is Trump’s biggest nemesis and the man who is as opposite from Donald Trump as can be- the man who, unlike Trump, is the real deal- the man who is worth his weight in sparkling gold. In this motion, Smith cited the threats that Assolini has made in the New York fraud trial as a good reason why a gag order needs to be placed on Trump in Washington, DC.

Trump’s attorney wasted no time responding. And what was said frankly makes them look as stupid as Donnie — not an easy thing to accomplish. Trump’s lawyers claim there must be actual threats and harassment in the DC case for any gag order. In other words, their message about the threats in the New York case is — who cares.

“To date, the prosecution has never submitted evidence of alleged threats or harassment,” they claim. You know what? I’m not worried about the gag orders. But these lawyers could frankly use an attitude adjustment.

Shrugging off violence is never the way to go. I realize they’re representing the orange madman (I hope they got paid BEFORE they started), but at what cost? I think Jack Smith can run circles around these people. I think he will get his gag order. In the meantime, since it’s Thanksgiving week, let’s be grateful we have Jack on the case. He is the best of the best, and he has not taken his eyes off the prize for a minute — the prize being Donald John Trump.

It's been a tough week, a tough month, a tough year. For all of us. But the fight goes on. Because we know how important this is. Because we care. Because we're the ones who fight. It's you and me. It has been for a decade. And I'm never backing down. But Palmer Report does have operating expenses. And in this uncertain time, I truly need your help. For that reason I've launched the Palmer Report 2025 Operating Expenses Fund. If we can fully fund this, it'll bridge the gap and ensure that Palmer Report can keep fighting now and forever. I'm asking you to contribute what you can to our GoFundMe Page or our PayPal Page, both of which accept debit and credit cards. Thank you.
