Ivanka Trump’s testimony bombshell
There are a lot of folks who think Ivanka and Jared’s filmed testimony will be damning to Trump. We agree but not for the reasons you might think. These people are malignant narcissists. If you need an example of one beyond Trump, go to Peter Navarro’s speech once they released him from jail. He hanged himself but he doesn’t think he hanged himself.
Ivanka and Jared’s testimony will be much like this. They think they’re smarter than the January 6th Committee. In their minds, they’ll believe they spinned and “adjusted” the truth in their presentations so that in their minds, they were actually defending Trump. Trump may even buy this defense. But be prepared to be horrified. The fact that it’s looking more and more like Trump had become a danger to Pence is historically unprecedented. And chillingly believable.
After you take a moment to let all this soak in, just keep your mind on one thing: there is no way Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner want to rehab their image at the expense of Trump. Kushner got two billion from the Saudis as a result of his access to the Trump government. And while Trump is no longer in office, they both know all too well that without him, they’ll be in a world of pain. No Saudi money, no fan base, no grifting off their international “friends”, nothing but jail and social ostracization.
They will stick to Trump like a burr. But will their testimony be a bombshell? Absolutely. Like Peter Navarro’s crazy testimony, it will show how deep they are in the mess, how much they’ve got to lose, and how very much they just want this to go away. Which it won’t. The first hearing begins Thursday June 9th at 8 pm Eastern Time.
