It’s time for Donald Trump to panic
Let’s take a good long look at Donald Trump’s criminal cases. The New York case that Alvin Bragg brought is set to go to trial quite soon. How I wish we could all watch it! I am predicting right here that Trump will be found guilty in this case.
Some have dismissed the Bragg case as being the least important. I’m afraid I have to disagree. They’re ALL important. If Trump is found guilty, he will lose many voters who have said over and over they will not vote for anyone found to have committed a crime.
Then there is the D.C. case. As I write these words, Trump has yet to appeal to the extreme court. I assume by the time you read these words, he will have. I do not see the court taking up the case. But even if they do, remember.
It takes FIVE JUSTICES to issue a stay. I do not see five Justices voting for that. Remember — even if they take the case, they can let the trial go forward. The trial is only paused if FIVE extreme court members agree to a stay.
Georgia. We have yet to set a trial date, but remember. This case cannot and will not go away. If Donald Trump were to win the presidency (he won’t), he could not pardon himself from state charges.
Judge Cannon? I predicted that Smith would go to the eleventh circuit last week, and I still think that to be true.
There have been many theories as to what is motivating Cannon. Some people think she might be deliberately trying to get thrown off the case because she’s overwhelmed and can’t voluntarily leave, or Trump would get mad at her.
I do not know what her motivation is other than to help Trump, but there seems to be a replay of what went on before with Cannon. That replay is she screws up. She gets appealed and smacked down. So, we know two trials will likely happen before the election. Alvin Bragg’s case. Judge Chutkan’s case. It’s time for Donald Trump to panic.
