It’s now more clear than ever that Donald Trump is being criminally indicted in Fulton County

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

For the past three weeks I’ve warned everyone that the media was putting a lot of false hype and suspense into the Fulton County special grand jury report. The judge was never going to prematurely release any aspect of the report revealing who’s going to be indicted, because DA Fani Willis is in the process of bringing those indictments, and the judge was never going to put that process at risk.

Sure enough, the judge released a few generic pieces of the report today, and it’s a dud. The details of the criminal cases against Donald Trump and others, along with the names that the special grand jury has recommended for indictment, are not included. Again, there was always zero chance anything like that would be released today. But today’s release does help make it more clear than ever that Trump is being criminally indicted in Fulton County.

Today’s release reveals that the special grand jury concluded that there was no evidence of election fraud in Georgia in 2020. Frankly, it was a given that they would conclude this. The fact that the grand jury came to this conclusion more or less falls under the “water is wet” category. But if nothing else it does help underscore the fact that the case is as on track as ever.

Today’s release also reveals that the special grand jury concluded that some of the witnesses likely committed perjury. So this is a bit of news, in that we can likely expect perjury charges. But perjury is an ancillary charge in comparison to the more serious charges we can expect, which will be along the lines of election fraud or racketeering. And we’re not being told who committed perjury, because again, the judge was never going to publicly release that kind of information while the indictments are in the process of being brought.

But what we really learned today is based on what all wasn’t released. Fani Willis asked the judge not to release anything important, because she’s in the process of indicting people. The judge agreed, and made a point of only releasing unimportant and generic things today, so as not to interfere with the indictment process.

In other words, the judge – who has intimate inside knowledge of this criminal case and what the Fulton County DA is working on right now – clearly agrees that indictments are indeed coming. If the judge felt that the DA was full of crap when she claimed that indictments were coming, then the judge would have had no reason to be so cautious with today’s release. Trump is being indicted. Anything else is just noise at this point.
