“It’s not going to end well for Rudy Giuliani”

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Rudy Giuliani is the target of a federal criminal probe that’s at least partly connected to Donald Trump’s Ukraine scandal. Giuliani’s home was raided in April, and at this point we’re all just waiting for him to be indicted and arrested. He’s even publicly signaled that he knows it’s coming.

Last week Rudy Giuliani became frustrated with Donald Trump’s lack of verbal or financial support, accusing Trump of leaving him “to the slaughter.” In response, Trump’s surrogates implied that Giuliani was guilty. Rudy is broke, a lock to be arrested, and very likely to be convicted. Now he’s something else: ostracized.

New reporting says that Rudy Giuliani has been all but banished from Trump world, as everyone tries to insulate themselves from the crimes he’s about to be indicted for.

Michael Cohen, a former Trump lawyer who speaks from first hand experience and literally wrote the book on Donald Trump’s disloyal nature, says that “It’s not going to end well for Rudy Giuliani.” He’s right. Rudy only has one way out, which is to cut a plea deal against everyone in Trump world – and we suspect Rudy is too stubborn to take such a deal.
